We countersign the agreement and take the deposit through Square. Your date is locked and off our calendar.

We arrive early, meet your planner, scout the light and stay out of the way. You will barely notice us; you will see everything later.

Questions we get every week
What is included in a wedding package?
Every wedding package includes the hours of coverage you book, a cinematic highlight film and/or a set of fully edited photographs, and a private online gallery you can download and share. Trailers, second shooters, drone coverage and extra hours are added on request — we put the exact list in writing before you book.
How quickly do we get everything back?
Standard delivery is four to six weeks from your wedding day. If you want it sooner, we offer a seven-day rush delivery as a paid add-on — say the word when you book.
What do you shoot on?
A 6K RED cinema camera with anamorphic cinema glass, studio colour grading, and 8K 360-degree drone coverage flown by an FAA-certified pilot. It matters less than the moment, but it is why the footage holds up on a big screen years later.
Do you travel for destination weddings?
Yes. We are based in Sarasota and shoot across Florida — Bradenton, Venice, Lakewood Ranch, Tampa, St. Petersburg, Naples — as well as out-of-state and destination weddings. Travel is quoted with your package.
Do you cover both photo and video?
Yes, and most couples book both together. One team, one timeline, one point of contact — no two vendors negotiating over the same three minutes of golden hour.
How far in advance should we book?
Popular Saturdays in season go first, so the earlier the better. Send us your date and we will tell you honestly whether it is open — you get a quote back within 24 hours.
How do booking and payment work?
We send a written agreement and take your deposit through Square. Your date is held the moment the deposit clears.
